Back story: My friend was arrested for an outstanding bench warrant (for unpaid parking tickets) and held in jail for 3 days because she was arrested on a Friday night and there isn’t a judge present during the weekends and you aren’t allowed the option bail for a bench warrant charge. My friend is finally released from jail on Monday and we meet up to celebrate.
